DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS?

Yes, I always advise to meet with my potential clients before they book if this is something they wish to do. You really do have to look around before you decide so I am very flexible to arrange a time and date to meet and discuss both my services and your options if booking with myself.

SECURING YOUR SESSION

Whether you contact me through my website or social media platforms I try to reply as soon as possible! Answering all your enquiries and hopefully you end by booking me in! To secure your booking a deposit is required. For both wedding and lifestyle bookings a £50 desposit is required to secure your date.

CONTACT TO AND FROM MY CLIENTS

Throughout your entire booking process we will be back and forth in contact. I will ask for all the little bits of information I will need on my behalf and also for you to ask me as many questions as you like! Please never hold back, there can never be too many questions, in fact, I love answering them all too!

With my wedding clients the discussion of wedding photography goes on forever. I love exchanging ideas, visual mood boards and lots of fine details that add to your day.

DO YOU MEET YOUR CLIENTS BEFORE THEIR WEDDING DAY?

Yes, I do.  This usually takes place around 6-10 weeks before your wedding for your final arrangement of times and run through of your wedding day. Although we can meet up before hand if you like and as many times in between! I never turn down a little coffee meet 🙂

DELIVERY

My turn around dates for image completion can be found on my Price List which varies depending on the session you book. Please note that this is based on ‘max’ so there is a possibility that your images may be ready before this. However, if you require postal delivery of your images this can be anything between 3-5 days.

SHARING YOUR IMAGES

As social media is such a huge platform people cannot wait to receive their images and share them with all their friends and families. As I am well aware of this I accommodate to your wishes. Anything from day 1-3 after your session I will produce a small set of watermark images that will be shared onto my Facebook and Instagram accounts. This is called a ‘Sneak Peak’ or ‘Preview’ of your session. I will tag you to this post so you are able to view and also share with whoever you wish to do so.

WILL MY SESSION BE BLOGGED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Once you have received your package, I will begin your blog post. Your blog post is the personal experience between me and yourselves and your day session in question. Your blog post will consist of a blog story written by me and a bigger selection of images from you day. Your blog post will then work as a gallery for your session and be linked to the session page it belongs to. Your blog link will then be shared over my social media allowing you to also share with your friends and family so they can view and have a read too!

Blog’s are a great way to connect to your audience and also a very fun read! It shares my experiences with my clients and also is very warming for other clients to see!

IMAGE PRIVACY

In the world of the INTERNET all my social media platforms and website are open for the world to see. This also includes the contents of it. If you have any questions or requirements about the Privacy of the photographs taken on your session then please do mention to me at the time of booking! This is so I am aware of your wishes and keep your images safe between me and yourselves.

WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO THE PHOTOGRAPHS?

Whilst I, Shianne Mercer Photography, detain all copyright. I issue my clients with a Release Agreement. This allows you to re-print any/all of your images however you wish to do so. Your agreement will be handed to you at the time of package delivery. For more information reguarding this feel free to contact me.
